Will found after an estate had already been partially distributed
A family had already begun distributing their father's estate when a will was located among his papers. One named beneficiary had received less than the will stipulated, and a sibling not previously involved raised concerns.

It advised the family that a negotiated resolution was more practical than a contested hearing given the partial distributions already in place.
